โ โ โ โ โ I've been waiting for the doctor for 1 hour and half. Come at 3 and the staff said that the doc will come at 3.30. I come back at 3.30 the 'close' sign is still on. So i call the clinic to ask when will they open. The staff then told the doc will come at 4. But the doc still have not arrived. 4.35, the doc finallyy entered the premise. Misinformation, bad service, not punctual.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited this clinic on 3/5/2021 for rashes on my skin. Even tough it was lunch time, doctor willing to wait for me to reach. Staffs were friendly and professional. Dr Rency were thorough and awesome. To my surprise, her medication really worked after i have given up on my existing rash creams. Highly recommended for skin allergies.

โ โ โ โ โ This rating is not for the Doctors but the reception nurse .. indian lady with long hair no spec .. i came at 7.55pm , the nurse came out from the other room to reception counter with MASK, BUT WITHOUT covering mouth and nose ! So i ask her politely " can u please wear the mask properly ?" , This is how she reply me ": i ask u question but u can't hear isn't it ? Isn't it ? So i take down the mask la." But as i mention , she came out from the dispensary room already with MASK OFF her mouth and nose . During these serious pandemic , can't believe that a CLINIC nurse can be so NOT CONCERN... How if i got covid ? So u are okay infected by me ???? Or u trying to infect others ?? Please be resposible on your work and as a Malaysian !!
