went there for son's 2nd dose of covid vaccine. the nurse is ok after scan for the mysejahtera the nurse asked us to wait for about 8 persons. waited for about half hour. the chinese doctor also very kind and show me the vaccine and explain before inject my son.

I passed by this clinic in with my friend today, and saw that there is free vaccination service. My senior friend was interested in getting the 4th shot (2nd booster), so we went in and asked for the vaccination. Inoculated in ten minutes! By the way, I told the doctor before that my My Sejahtera could not be refreshed, and I accidentally deleted the account! According to the helpdesk steps, I couldn't re-register after many days. The doctor was willing and patiently to help me re-register by various means, and finally it took about 15 minutes for me to re-register and save all the information. Many thanks to the generous and patient doctor who solved my non-medical problems for me, thank you. .

Hi, everyone. Please take some time to read if you are planning to take your booster in this clinic. I had a very terrible experience for 1st visit. I am a 8 months+ pregnant and decided to take sinovac as my booster jab (as I prefer not to take mix jab to minimize/ reduce side effect at this critical period). I had signed my consent letter and agreed to take for sinovac as booster even paid. When it was my turns, the overall process is very fast (around 2 min). The consent letter was in front of me and doc with the ready-to- jab needle (Doctor and nurse (the wife) beside did not show the brand of booster bootle). I expected the process is smooth. When I was told to collect my booster card after 15 mins observation, the card showed I was being jab for Pfizer. I questioned and reconfirm with the Malay nurse in the counter. Well, the super impolite and black face Malay nurse just said " Sorry, ini memang booster Pfizer, doctor tersilap jab, tak boleh buat apa". I was so shocked with her bad attitude and response. I can't accept with just a sorry like that. I emotionally stand there for 5 to 10 mins. However, obviously the Malay nurse has no planning to "layan" me this pregnant lady, there is a Chinese nurse with spec walk in and out too, but same ignore me. They have no intention to escalate or get me see doctor for explanation or apologise or calm down me. I only managed to talk to the doctor when my mother (who waiting outside clinic due to no parking and come down) was super angry with the careless of doctor and bad attitude of those nurse! The doctor and the wife then just apologise with their careless and keep on convincing us. I really thought everything will be alright as long as no any symptoms in 2 days after that. Well, I was wrong and the side effect only came after 6 or 7 days , I had been torturing from the side effect for 6 days till I consulted another doctor yesterday. This review is to remind and share to everyone that please be extra alert when you have decided to visit this clinic. As for my side, I will submit a official complaint to Malaysia Medical Council about the careless of the this doctor for their references. It was very ridiculous and unacceptable experience. Thank you.

The staff there showing bad attitude towards the patient and people who came for booster. There's a aunty at front desk you have to go through before proceeding to counter and she already showing bad attitude like she don't deserve to work there or facing us. There's a Malay staff inside the counter where I heard her yell at those patient ( which is not me ) too. If I'm not taking my booster here, I won't even come here when I'm sick. Such bad attitude .

Don't go to this clinic. I am being treated so badly here. I have received an appointment call at this clinic for a booster dose (told ya, this is my first time being there) There was an old chinese woman in charge of the clinic who was rude. She asked in a high and unpleasant tone and assumes I don't have any appointments there. The way she speaks doesn't show good customer service appeal. However I saw she treat the same race as her with kindness and friendliness, pity to see other races and foreigners treated as unfair. If you don't feel like working, don't work. If you only choose which one to be helped/treated good you better not have to work. Please work with trust and sincerity.
