★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor didn't at clinic by time, wait until 1 hour, and those staff is rude and no patient. Ask about the time doctor arrive, she say anytime...what the?
Maybe doctor go out for lunch? But they don't know what time doctor will come back ?

People whom they know, regular patients or agents are called in first. So don't go early with the expectation you will be called first.
When you ask they will give excellent reasons. Only after you ask they will rush to do your procedures.
And don't forget the X-ray person
Not punctual at all
They r not in at 9 a.m. as they claimed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Dr (Dr G Raj and his nurses) are very rude to customer. Clerking as though going through a viva examination. Didn't do a proper examination as the Dr is always following SOP by standing a meter away. It's a shame to have Drs and nurses like these serving the community. No empathy, rude, sarcastic - not professional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this clinic at around 11.30pm, there was a patient in doctor's room. And i was the only one patient waiting outside. After 5 minutes, that patient left. And i thought i will be called up soon. But i waited outside for nearly 20 minutes and yet still no call up from the receptionist.
So i went to ask the receptionist was there anyone else inside the room, she said nobody and then in very rude way said tunggulah! I cannot tolerate with this kind of attitude and instantly I raised up my voice to say, siapa saya nak tunggu ni? tunggu doktor kira masa ke? nak tunggu sampai pukul 12am ke? pastu double charged ke?
Then only the receptionist in very polite way to say sorry, and asked me be patient. And at that moment, the doctor suddenly opened the door and called my name to enter the room.
But finally I left this unprofessional clinic. If you want to double charged me, i can understand but don't waste my time. I was a patient and I was not feeling well that time.
I would never visit to this group of clinics anymore!
