★ ★ ★ ★ ★ datang @ 7.15am...sebab anak demm tinggi dan menggigil..front desk inform skrg masa pertukaran doctor, doctor skrg habis shift at 7.30, next doctor at 8.30..should hv remaining 15mins!! but doctor refuse to check and ask to wait for next doctor/go othee clinic..
Dear doctor, where is your responsibility? we seek for your help..due to emergency and came to your 24-hours clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate when I can hear the doctor/nurse can laugh hardly and we wait for about half an hour outside and we knew there is no patient that they treated inside since the previous patient just came out. It such a pain to wait with a pain and you can hear people laughing inside bersembang entah ape so loudly. Geram n sakit hati dengar. Come on. this is not government clinic that we need to wait for such long to be treated. Very pooor service. Wont come here again if we have a choice. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a rash but the doctor decides to not even have a look and gives crazy amounts of medicine. A rash can just be ointment or a tablet but the doctor gave like 6 medicine just for it. Didn't even give proper explanation, it's like the doctor didn't know what they are doing. Went to a proper hospital instead just to be given one single ointment for it.
I've never seen a clinic requiring you to pay for registration as well. After that first visit, I went home and they called me to return to pay RM2 just for registration card. It's actually stupidly crazy.
