★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not friendly at all towards patient. But i noticed when there is a visit from so called boyfriend outside from the clinic, the staff very gedik one and be able to smile widely. Hi please improve more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic just because i felt something in my ears but came out its just normal. BUT I HAVE TO PAY RM100 for the MEDICINES! Not worth my money afterall plus, the consultation with the doctor so short which is less than 2 minutes!
Never come to this clinic after this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get an x-ray after a fall from a chair while I was at work. The staff at the counter were extremely rude. Though there were patients registered after me, I was the last person to be called. I was in excruciating pain but was given such terrible treatment . The doctor didn’t even check properly. He wasn’t even seemed to look interested to check his patients. he only spent less than a few seconds for consultation. He did the same even previously when I came here. After the x-ray was taken, The doctor said that I was fine but the x-ray report was not given to me. I give the Dr the benefit of the doubt though he could not be telling the truth since I didn’t see the proof. When I requested for an MC since the accident happened during working hours, the lady at the front desk gave a loud sarcastic laugh as if I was there only for the MC though I was in excruciating pain. Just a word of advice, if you don’t have the passion to serve people, just don’t do it! Just like the others I wouldn’t want to give even a single star as they don’t deserve any.Really disappointed with the service here! This is my last visit and I will never come here again!
