β β β β β I had a good medical services with Klinik Bala. The nurses are polite and always greet us with smile on faces. The treatment charges are affordable. I will recommend this clinic to everyone and will always go there .Highly recommended.

β β β β β First time datang 9 am. Had to wait 40 minutes for doctor to come. They didn't on the AC. However doctor was attentive and patient. So gave chance and came 2nd time 9pm . Waited short time but the doctor (diff doctor) was rather dismissive. Not keen on coming here again.

β β β β β The worst doctor I ever seen before, I am sick and she judge me from the moment I sat down. She criticize me for the MC, how unbelievable is this. Better they shut it down. No matter how much they hang certifications there's no use because they are not professional.

β β β β β PLEASE DON'T COME TO THIS TERRIBLE CLINIC. I'M YET TO SIT IN THE CHAIR, and the doctor asking me "what's the issues", after I spoke few sentences about my health issues and i said i frequently woke up night due to diarrhea. The doctor said, "Doktor dekat sini pun kena bangun setiap sejam sebab patient datang, macam la doktor kat sini takde kerja" HALOO. What with this attitude DR GANESHWARAN???!! you are even looking like not working and like just woke up from the sleeping and messy hair. i came at tht time 6am, and by looking at your puffy eyes and mess hair, are you sure you are working?? Or sleeping?
After that, she check me and then she asking if I want the MC. I want it. Bcause lack of sleep and severe diarrhea.
SHE WAS KINDA JUDGE ME FOR TAKING MC. At first of all, I CAME AT 6AM and you charged me RM80 for just 2meds. Then, with your bad attitude.
PLEASE DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!!

β β β β β 17/02/2022 I've dropped by to do a RTK test and the doctor is not professional, the RTK test cost RM50. He waited for less than 1 minutes instead of 10-15 minutes, the RTK result shows negative and he just throw it into the dustbin. Since I've several symptoms and tested positive using SALIXIUM saliva/nasal rapid antigen test 3 times in a row, I went to BP clinic SS15 for PCR test. And 18/02/2022 the PCR test shows I'm detected for covid19 , the CT Value (RdRp gene) 29.11 and CT Value (Egene) 25.68. Think twice before you want to take RTK or PCR test in this clinic

β β β β β The worst clinic I have ever visited. The doctor sounded like she was in a hurry and didn't even take the time to understand my mom's medical condition. Also, she sounded so annoyed when I had to come back to the consultation room to ask further details on the mom's health condition. I will never go to this clinic again.

β β β β β Needed a referral letter in order to get guarantee letter to see my gynaecologist. At first the Dr said can only give referral letter if she did a scan on me, but the scan won't be borne by MiCare. I called MiCare and MiCare confirmed that they will pay, then nurse claimed she called MiCare and MiCare said they won't pay. I called MiCare again to confirm and it turned out that the nurse told them I already did a scan at another clinic (I haven't). When I confronted her she gave me such a confusing "explanation" that I gave up and walked out. I will never go to this clinic again even though it is very near to me.

β β β β β Yesterday afternoon, I went to the clinic. There was only one patient sitting there. There were abt 3 nurses ...talking loudly to each other another one on video call with child while another watching tik tok. No sense of being proffessional. Then more patients started coming.. I was called to see the Dr. I complained if dry cough. I was given antibiotic and Difflam which costs RM 80. It was absurd. The nurses shud be taught to behave themselves. Not going to this clinic again.
