β β β β β I waited long (probably because I just walk-in..No appointment) but it worth.
Staff are experienced and professional. Doctor also very warm, she takes enough time tolisten to your problems.
To my surprise when I was collecting the medicines, staff gave me warm water and medicine (I think other clinics should learn from them).
I recommend this clinic. But no point hurrying and not treated well ?

β β β β β Super slow clinic. Doctor and nurses don't have any value for time. Have to wait a long time even when there is no patient in the consultation room. There is a gap of 20 to 30 minutes to call next patient even when consultation room is empty. Horrible time management. Also, wait for another 20 minutes to collect medicines from the counter. Doctor has to know People have patience for their turn, but not for unnecessary waste of time that they take it as granted. If they keep on doing the same practice I doubt they will have any patients in future. Please take this as warning.

β β β β β Very Good Doctor..Worth to wait for consultation and treatment..Staff are good and friendly when we polite with them. Very recommend only thing is you have to be patient waiting to see the doctor.

β β β β β second time i come to this clinic i requesting counter staff to unlock the door.. she said to me in mocking way let the person at the door ring the bell first.. she didnt know that person is my mother that come little late after me.. and my mother didint know that she should ring the bell.. i waiting 1 hour for see the doctor.. my third time, i waited for 40 minutes to get my medication as from what the staff said that she didnt aware i am waiting.. (whatt??) this clinic is near to my place, but its will be the last choice after this as other clinic service is more fast and good consultation..

β β β β β Would have given negative star rating if I had the option.
Went for consultation due to an initial stage eye infection and was given a bottle of eye drop. Asked the lady at the counter who handed me the eye drop what is the shelf life of the bottle after opening. She said in room temp or fridge I could use for another 2-3 months after opening.
Being doubtful, I asked for a bottle with no patientβs deets sticked to the bottle (which covered the label on the bottle). The label writes βear dropβ and expiry date sometime in 2023. I then asked why am I given ear drop for my eye? She said the ear drop can be used as eye drop, its the same.
Came home, I tried removing the sticker on my bottle of eye drop. It was a totally different bottle which states βeye dropβ and β.. 1 month after openingβ
My jaw dropped. If you dont know, just say you dont know.

β β β β β Received treatments here for number of things. I got my skin rashes treated here and the overall experience was great. The doctor recommended lifestyle & diet changes that area feasible on top of cream and allergies tablets which helped tremendously.
