The word opens at 8.00am .. But at 9.30am the doctor goes again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ orang kata Klinik ini bagus dan dan doktor yang baik. Tetapi ada seorang staff kaunter wanita melayu yang sangat sangat bagus (nama staff tidak tahu) . Walaupun bagus dan rasa pandai tetapi tidak menghormati pelanggan dengan nada yang agak kasar sedikit. Saya bertanya sahaja mengenai urusan fomema kerana ada kesilapan pada pihak syarikat kami juga dan saya bertanya pada seorang staff india dan dia(staff melayu) ingin menerangkan juga kepada saya. Saya hanya mahu dengar seorang bila dua orang cakap saya tak boleh faham. Bagaimana saya sebagai pelanggan hendak memahami nada yang kasar dan suara macam nak bergaduh. Bila diterang oleh staff india saya faham dan dia(staff melayu) membuat bising di kaunter dengan sangat kuat dan penuh perasaan bercakap tentang saya pada rakan sekerjanya berkata saya tidak faham dan dia amat marah. Saya menegur balik kerana dia telah memalukan saya depan pelanggan lain dan berkata dengan kuat" awak tak faham-faham" kerana dia ingin rasa betul. Saya meminta maaf pada dia kerana mungkin saya ada silap dan staff melayu tu pun hamil dan saya kesian, tetapi saya hanya bertanya sahaja dan dia tidak balas maaf saya dan hanya menjeling pandangan yang tidak berpuas hati. Kali pertama dalam hidup saya dimalukan macam ini di depan pelanggan lain dan menganggap saya macam orang bodoh. Mula-mula jumpa pukul 3.30pm pun menerangkan dengan nada kasar tapi tidak kisah la jangan memalukan saya. Sudah 3 tahun hantar pekerja asing untuk fomema ini kali pertama saya berjumpa pekerja kaunter yang sangat-sangat menjaga adab+ajar dan rasa dia sangat bagus di klinik berjaya tersebut. Terima kasih malukan saya hari beliau 5/7/2019 pada hari jumaat.

people say the Clinic is good and and good doctor. But there is a very good Malay female counter staff (the staff name does not know). Although good and smart but do not respect the customers with a slightly rough tone. I just asked about the fomema deal because there was a mistake on our company and I asked a staff of india and he (a Malay staff) wanted to explain to me too. I just want to hear one when two people say I can not understand. How can I as a customer want to understand a rough tone and a voice like a fight. When I was attacked by india staff I understood and he (staff of malay) made a noise at the counter with a very strong and heartwarming talk about me at his colleague saying I did not understand and he was very angry. I rebuked back because he had embarrassed me in front of another client and said aloud "you did not understand" because he wanted to feel right. I apologize to her as I may have been mistaken and my Malay staff were pregnant and I was sorry, but I was just asking questions and she did not reply to me and just looked at the dissatisfaction. The first time in my life was humiliated like this in front of other customers and thought I was like a fool. At first, at 3.30pm, it explains in a rough tone but it does not matter. Do not embarrass me. It's been 3 years to send foreign workers to this phomema for the first time I met a very busy counterpart staff and admitted that he was very good at the successful clinic. Thank you for my day on 5/7/2019 on Fridays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergi buat swab test x boleh pakai AIA walaupun panel, appointment pkl 10am 10.30 baru dipanggil. Dr buat x sakit, saya dpt dr bangsa india lelaki umur 50an. Hari sabtu. Dr kata esok mereka akan call sbb dpt result sehari. Tunggu2 x call & saya call la no klinik 30x takde orang angkat. Saya pergi dkt klinik dlm pkl 7pm (ahad) rupanya klinik dah tutup,x bukak. Rasa tertipu dengan janji sehari result swab test dpt.
Go for a swab test x can wear AIA even panel, appointment at 10am 10.30 just called. Dr for x sick, I got dr Indian men in their 50s. Saturday. Dr said tomorrow they will call to get results one day. Tunggu2 x call & saya call la no klinik 30x takde orang angkat. I went to the clinic at 7pm (Sunday) apparently the clinic was closed, x open. Feeling cheated by the promise of a day swab test results can.
