Staff have right to blame customer for conversion registration from self pay to corporate with unpolite tone? This is the service provided to your customer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That night I bring foreign workers go around 3am waited quite before see doctor, my worker has a massive stomachache but the doctor doesn't even touch her or check he just give her an injection and give some meds and said its gastrik.. Endup tmr we being the girl to hospital and she's diagnosed with Constipation. Wat a doc it is...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my grandpa for the booster jab. The service is smooth with efficient communication. Staff are friendly and helpful. Short waiting time which is good for elderly people as they are having lower backpain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother age 63 carried and rushed me for having food poisoning totally helpless around 5am . They didn't even take my Ic but chased us away saying cnt check us bring her somewhere else . Just close your bloody clinic , I literally cried because they didn't help me and said we can't help . Stupid rude nurse , receptionist if your purpose to help ppl is not on your sleeve just close the clinic .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service.. arrived 10am, i saw lot of people, i ask the staff , she said actually only 4 people queue to meet doctor the rest waiting medical check up. Waiting until 11.15am, still no call. Fed up, i just cancel. Saw another patient after meet doctor 30min still waiting for medicine.. waste time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Dr najab( not sure his name but mmc 30000 something work on 24/5/2022 at 11pm.is worst Dr.
First they said got xray then they said no xray. After that he refer to klinik kesihatan. When we go klinik kesihatan they said the Dr is really stupid. And ask us to go hospital.
He even scolded my mother to rush him to do xray. We paying but Dr scolding patient.
