As usual, at the entrance staf akn cek suhu, (staf kt front desk was very nice, sgt baik) n bla lebih dri normal, mmg x bole dptkan rawatan, but this is not the point! The point is that one indian staf was soooo rude! Hello sis, if u r reading this, mind ur manner! Change the way u talk to patients, I am aware of all ur SOPs but dont be rude la sis, u r just a human being too, not angel lol? dah laa ckp kasar2, peluk tubuh pulak, mmg rude! I forgot to ask her name, haih.. Org dah laa tga sakit, rude plk cara u treat org..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this clinic at all! I went around 10.30pm as Bersatu Clinic was full house and I'm desperately in pain. Don't mind the charge but the doc doesn't even attends and listens to me properly. The consultation last in less than 4 minutes. Probably just 2/3 minutes. So upset with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older male doctor was very incompetent. Very rough and doesn't seem to care when handling my healed wound even when I indicate it was painful, causing it to bleed again. And the worst part, I was ignored when I asked him a question. The only reason I went because it was during Raya, most of other clinic was either closed or full. No wonder the clinic next to yours has a lot more patients. Staffs are friendly tho.
