β β β β β Lousy clinic. Was there for 30 minutes not being served. Lack of staffs, no front desk & doctor took his own time. One patient came out for 20 minutes not even receiving his medicine. I wonder how it gets 5 stars review. Internal feedback? If you insist wish to visit please make sure you have at least half day off.

β β β β β I have known Dr Wong for years since I moved to living around the area of his clinic. Dr Wong is humble and very knowledgeable. He usually takes his time to explain to you and i am always impressed by his knowldge both depth and breadth in medical topics. And when it is beyond his level of expertise, you can be sure that he will refer you to another doctor. He isn't like some doctors who pretend to know more than they actually do.
I see people below complaining about his clinic for lack of staff and having to wait a bit longer. That is very unfair to Dr Wong. Of course at times, you may have to wait a little longer especially if we have a responsible doctor who cares enough to spend time to explain to you. Be a bit patient if you want good quality service.

β β β β β Definitely an interestingly bad experience. As usual there isn't anyone else working there, my gf handed the doctor her passport(she's Thai) and he started blasting questions at her in Malay to which I replied "she's Thai". She proceeded to get her examination and the doctor was issuing her medication when he asked " why was I being so rude?". I step closer to the counter to answer him when he followed up with "I don't want to see your face, you can go out". I didn't know that giving someone pertinent information is considered rude or maybe this is just the world worst/weirdest doctor. One thing to note, my gf said he did not jot down any of her symptoms on a card for later referral as most doctors do. He didn't do this the previous time she visited as well. So make your own judgement, unprofessional doctor in it to make a quick buck without care and concern or world best doctor with photogenic memory thus rendering notes taking pointless.
