★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receiptionist is not friendly (rude) to the patients. She makes things so complicated and she is lazy to explain. Treat patients nicely pls! I do not know her name but she is local Malay working at 8am on 17/04/2022. I visited this clinic few times before, but they used to have patients record, how come just now I visited and the receptionist said to me “you yang kena ada record” ?! Like how? I have been to two other clinics in the previous years but they always had the record of their patients including insurance. Well, if you don’t have those records, you should check back your management! In addition, be nice and give patients some respect since of course they are in pain. Very bad experience on customer service!!!! Or maybe the worst to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is very transparent with what medication they have and don't have. So far, the past 4 years of going to this clinic, they have been professional and understanding.
Even during emergency situations, they will try to prioritize based on the urgency of the patient. If there were problems beyond their capabilities due to lack of equipment or lack of certain medicines, they will write a referral and provide medical leave if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Friday , my knee has 3 bleeding cut by sliding door broken glass panel. Went to O2, the doctor n nurses are very patient oriented-their sense of urgency is touching , they treated my knee bleeding cut most priority, seven stitches done. The working ethics n professional approach is much commendable. Personally, two thumbs up for O2 team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit this clinic whenever I need to see a doctor. The clinic staffs at counter know the medications well and tell me the uses of each medication. Counter staffs friendly. Did dressings here before too, they are good at taking care of my wound till healed. Satisfied.
