★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic with systematic weakness, whereby for panel visit, patient is required to provide IC for registration and IC is kept by medical officer until complete visit. Problem is several times medical officer did not return the IC at the end of visit (patients with illness may not be cautious to request everytime) . And this happens to quite many patients. My visit on 22Jan, IC was not returned. No call from clinic until 25Jan, when call to enquire only clinic reply that IC still with them. On the spot notice additional 3 to 5 IC were kept by clinic. Very disappointed that clinic did not call to inform, yet the staff keep on replying is other shift problem. Want to lodge feedback survey but no such system, want to call to feedback to owner also being refused. Please look into this matter, as keeping patient IC with reason forgot to return is very damaging to clinic and making patient troublesome to come again to collect. Overall panel visit registration systematic need improvement!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience at this practice. Worst clinic i’ve ever been to. Brought my daughter due to constipation. And the doctor have the audacity to tell me that i am not good of a mother. How rude. And the medicine he gave my daughter does not help at all. Avoid this clinic at all cost.
