Menghubungi di klinik dan bercakap sendiri dengannya bertanyakan harga suntikan influenza, dan jawapannya ialah " Sebarang perbualan telefon melalui harga tidak dilayan , sekiranya nak tanya harga kena berjumpa dengan Dr. sendiri . dan jika klinik lain tawarkan vaksin murah boleh pergi di sana. " Berbeza layanan di klinik lain yang berdekatan bila dihubungi dengan mesra dan memaklukan harga diantara RM 70 - 85 SAHAJA. Banyak cara lain boleh berkemunikasi supaya lebih mesra di antara Dr. dan pelanggan dan tidak jawapan seperti berikut.

There are many other ways you can communicate more effectively with Dr. and customers and not the following answers.
