β β β β β The X-ray facilities like third world country. Cleanliness at X-ray is OK but the staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Make us wait so long like we owe them

β β β β β The doctors are good and explained very well what we have and what should we do. But as usual, the clinic staffs are not friendly at all and arrogant, most of the times, they behave like we owe them something. I cannot understand why doctors keep on hiring unprofessional staffs.

β β β β β Bad experience, had Fomema health check for my helper. From the health check, she failed the urine test saying she is "unfit". The problem is the clinic didn't even bother to inform us on the result so we can act accordingly for the best interest of our helper.
