β β β β β Staff very slow, no air-cond, take longer than government hospital. Waiting for medicines take about 45 minutes. Doctor & staff lack of enthusiasm. Better go to other clinic

β β β β β Engaged so many nurses but response super slow. The nurses are all not friendly whereby we already mentioned that we want to see doctor. End up, they only packed my hypertension medication. If pekak, lain kali jangan tanya soalan. If really very sick, really can die on the clinic with the very bad air ventilation.

β β β β β was here due to gastritis, and i waited here for almost 1 hour just to get a treatment. i was attended by a young male doctor. and i supposed to get treatment, but he said the medicine that i need wasnt in the clinic, so i need to go the pharmacy. that's fine. however, he "consulting" me on his cat because im working with animals, which is improper? and i was charged for that "consultation", without any medicines ? i hope, his ethic and professionalism can be improved in future.
