★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havent gotten the chance to come in here, called first to ask whether the clinic is open and if the treatment i was seeking is available but the nurse that picked up the phone has zero professionalism. Answered with a very lazy and annoyed tone as if i have asked a lot of questions but mind you, that was my first question and i asked it verynicely. Please check on your staff. I hate it when the doctor’s actually good but its the supporting staff that’s making it bad.
Edited: i came in anyway fr a second opinion after going to another clinic. the doctor and the other female chinese staff were polite and helpful. It was a shame that the other staff wasnt very friendly earlier in the morning but she was better just now. I see that the doctor has a major interest in opthalmology from the certs hung on the wall. Best of luck!
