1 star 1) doctor is very late, clinic open at 0830. Waited for the doctor until 1013 also no signed of the doctor. 2) ask the staff at 0930 when the doctor will be coming answer given the doctor is on the way. 3) staff is not available at the front counter, need to call so many times. 4) the attitude of the staff ? 5) the only reason i come here because of the medicine given is good and this is only panel clinic available 6) when doc alwi is around, the queue is very long. 7) other doctor, late late late 8) the staff is really not proactive, the doctor was late because his car is having problem and yet the staff didn the initiative to inform to the patients. 9) oh ya..staffs also busy with the phone and gossiping. I CALL THIS DIVA CLINIC PLEASE IMPROVE AS WE ARE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER. AND YOU ARE PANEL TO SO MANY COMPANIES. BE RESPONSIBLE!!!!! RESPECT TIME!!!!

Last Tuesday on the 17/12 I have contacted the clinic at 4pm and they mentioned that the doctor has stopped seeing patients at 4:30pm and is leaving. The next visiting hours is at 7:30pm and there were 3 patients before me so I assumed I'll be the 4th patient after the 3 patients. After 1 hour, we were all still waiting to see the doctor however there were plenty of outside patients kept coming in to see the doctor but there were no announcement made to inform us regarding this beforehand. I approached the staff wearing the scarf about that and wondered why we were still waiting when there were other people who came in and went straight to see the doctor before us. She mentioned that they were all appointment patients, those who had called in before seeing the doctor. And I waited for another hour, and still no improvement or information from nurses or staffs. So I have approved another staff but she ignored me and walked off. When I asked her why was I being ignored, she was rude to me and said "already informed you that there are many patients, why are you still asking". I was annoyed by her attitude because that wasn't the first time I encountered her. 10 mins before 10pm, then I was allowed to see doctor Alvi. My question here is; 1) Few months back, I went to see the doctor at 6pm and the counter staff mentioned to me that weren't any doctor, I asked if I am able to make an appointment and your staff said no and I wasn't even allowed to wait inside the clinic. She ushered me out and even locked the door after her. She is the same rude staff that I encountered during my recent visit to the clinic. 2) Why are you telling me only now that appointments are allowed AFTER my first situation? Why didn't the staff offered to make an appointment before seeing the doctor? I had to wait 3 hours in my sick condition. Why are there double standards? 3) Unfortunately your staffs doesn't have any name tag. You should take note on this particular staff that was working on the 17/12 between 7-10pm as she was very rude to ALL of your patients. She ignored them and will walk away from them when asked questions. 4) On one of my visits, staffs claimed that there wasn't any doctor and I had to wait outside. I saw the doctor walked out for lunch and came back, when he saw me he was surprised when I told him the staff said doctors weren't available. Staffs was reprimanded on that day. But is this the kind of image you'd like to show your patients? I would love to hear from you soon.
