β β β β β Dr.Cheang Soo Seng is fantastic. Really does a good job cleaning and dressing a surgery wound for my sister-in-law. I recommend him highly.

β β β β β The doctor is good. However, the attitude of the receptionists are terribly bad. I might think twice to visit the clinic again as the customer service make me feels very sick.

β β β β β Dr Cheang is commendable but not the registration girl.
During my 1st visit (May'19) , showing impatience attitude when i just wanted to confirm on dosage and when to consume medication given.
In my 2nd visit (Jun'19), clinic stated close at 3pm and i reach 2.23pm. But she refuse to register for me claiming they are closing. Then ask me "U mari esok la tak boleh ka?"
Visiting clinic because we are sick but she is making me more sick. Hope this can be improve.

But 2 Indian lady staff very pathetic N Rude????????????????????????????
When I walk in they jus stare at me without saying anything
And I also keep quiet till they shown sour face and shout out Yes on me ( mean yes what do I want .I assumed )
The proprietor should take action ton 2 rude Indian lady staff or at least educate and trained them to provide better service.

β β β β β Bad Receptionists!!!!
It is such a shame to have a bad and uneducated receptionist in such a good clinic. (Feel bad for the doctor, he is good though). The receptionist (both Chinese female and Indian female) scolded my girlfriend who is very sick. As someone who works in clinic, it is a must to be more understanding and professional towards a patient regardless of any situation. Training is needed to both receptionists!!!
I will never visit this clinic again!!!!
