★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jaspal was not in the day I visited. Another doctor charged me a skyrocket fees!!!...I've never been charged this high before in my entire life!!... Just for a simple check up with 2 type of medicine..never returning here again...hope your staff learn to smile as well.

I don't mind waiting half hour to see the doctor.
But I do mind waiting half hour to get my medicine ready.
Not only that, there is one patient who came after me, who went into the consultation room after me, but able to get the medicine first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here seem to take their job seriously and treat everyone the same regardless if they are coming to them due to the fact the clinic is a panel clinic. Service is professional. Definitely one of the better panel doctors around this area.
The only downside is the wait time for the medication can be quite long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jaspal is a pioneer doctor. He has lots of patience while treating his patients. He'd listen to everything and anything you've got to say before giving his advise. Medicines prescribed by him works 99%, unlike some other clinics, meds given by the doctors wouldn't really work, because they'd want you to return again (based on my experience), but it's different here at this clinic. You hardly return to Dr Jaspal because you feel good/recovered after consuming the meds prescribed by him. Only thing is, the waiting time after you've consulted him - but that's okay, because the nurses need to show and seek his approval before giving the meds to their patients. Overall, he is very good, and an experienced doctor ??? My always go-to doctor when I'm feeling under the weather. Thank you very much Dr Jaspal ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/3/2021 nearest micare panel clinic so went there to get a referral letter with my wife.
First thing first was the rude staff at registration counter. Be specific and detailed with your question, if you need current address then asked properly what is my wife's current address and is it still the same. Her ID address is in pahang and you asking her is your address still the same, of course she's going to reply yes. Please state precisely what you need or just make a standardize form for walk-in client to fill in. Alot more question being asked unpolitely, had to raise abit of our tone to get things done.
Second and ridiculous moment I've ever experienced in a clinic, doctor started to bombard us as soon as we enter his room. Started to say things like we cannot get referral letter from the counter, need to consult and let the doctor examine before getting the letter.
I mean from beginning til the end we didn't even mention about bypassing the doctor, we've been doing this alot of time getting referral letter from clinics and for each time we did consult and examined by the doctor before getting the letter. I keep telling he had misunderstood us but he refuses to listen. All I can see here is stereotyping and assuming things before clarifying the situation.
Probably this misunderstanding were caused by the staff at registration counter. She ask us the purpose and etc, we told her we are here to get referral letter and for ophthalmologist specialist. We did not said anything about bypassing doctor or can we get the letter without consulting the doctor to her during registration. I mean we don't care what is your procedure, we're glad to follow whatever your way is but you guys are assuming things and giving us such a service? Worst clinic ever. Hot headed doctor who did not try to clarify the situation. In the end we gave up and walk out the door feeling ridiculous and dissatisfy. Would rate negative 5 star if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AIA panel. Long waiting hour. Not suggested. There's another clinic down the road, there were lots of people so I came down to this but regreted. It took longer time than the previous one. 1 hour waiting for consultation. It's ridiculous to wait for half an hour for medication. 1st and last experience. RM110 for this service. Not sure if it is because of I am using the insurance, charged more. Please avoid this clinic. For your information I came for just ulcer on my throat. Dont think I shoukd be charge that much
