★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Very BAD. Clinic stated open at 8.30am. I arrived there 9.10am. The nurse call the Dr and said in 30min, the Dr will be arrived. 10.20am still no Dr! No doctor. Where are you Dr ? Dont ask the patience to wait there but u didnt turn up on time! We are waiting. Then I get out & find another clinic. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to sent a friend today and it was bad. Bad customer service from receptionist and especially the pharmasist, unfriendly and looking annoyed at customer while muttering words that we can hear. Felt like we were scolded. Doctor lacks empathy and doing checkup nonchalantly without proper conduct to the point my friend becomes fed up with the service. Won't come to this place again. Also told them to give better service afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS. Someone i knew went to this clinic. At that time a lady doctor was attending the patient. The patient was having a fever, flu and cough. When requested for mc the lady doctor said she cant give if it because its just a fever. And the lady doctor even said if you still not feeling well do come again tomorrow. What?? People gotta go to work because you dont give the fricking mc. And you charge RM100++!!! If we do come again are you sure u gona give the mc or you just wanna suck our blood dry?? When people are sick we need to rest. Not to forget she cant even smile to her patient and make us feel not welcome at all. Definitely not coming again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time, brought my baby who had fever. The doctor is friendly and polite. Answered all questions and gave advice nicely.. Their staff still managed to give good service although it is past their closing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to check my baby condition. Dr named Dr naq** do the consultation for 5 minutes only. No medications were given. I got charged for rm 45 for less than 5 minutes consultation only. So expensive for that kind of services. Please do improvise the rate price and services from time to time. Rate consultation Selamat kurg 5 minit sahaja rm45. Haih.
