β β β β β Not recommended, before i arrived i have give a call to the clinic and his staff said " clinic open". When arrived clinic close. Please do the proper arrangement.

β β β β β Opened early but the doctor said will come at 10.45am. Overheard a conversation between the doctor and receptionist asking about my race. Why? Thank you for saying that I am a Chinese but I am actually not. No full time committed (well, the doctor is always late and unavailable from what we can see from the reviews) medical officer here to serve the area but this clinic is still functioning. Qualitas group should restrategize their commitment to healthcare here. Waited for an hour at the clinic. Walked out with frustration. Bad service. Please don't go here.

β β β β β they have polite people sure, but this clinic is incapable of picking up their phone like i call 10 times and they don't pick up 10 times so in terms of phone call they're 100% impolite
