★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was very nice and patient, listens intently. The receptionists were quite incompetent and they didn't seem to understand simple terms like "urine test sudah ambil?". And couldn't fathom simple English. One of them even gave me a smirk when I decided to request for a receipt even after she has asked me earlier. Hey, people tend to change their minds sometimes, no?
