โ โ โ โ โ Went last week to treat my sonโs chicken pox. Female doctor (i believe her name is Dr Lai) treated my 5months old baby like he has a deadly disease.
I want to put my son on the bed to show her the blisters. She asked me not to put my son on ANYTHING in the clinic. The chicken pox is so deadly contagious that if my son touches anything in the clinic, she and her staff will die immediately.
As a parent and a patient, i feel insulted. No parent should ever experienced this.
Maybe this doctor or staff in the clinic were not well educated about sanitizer or disinfectant spray/wipes. Or they are just plain lazy to clean.
No diaper room or table to change diapers was provided. The clinics got no dustbin. Not even infront of the clinic. I were asked to throw away my babyโs diaper at the end of the lot. The dustbin owns by the grocery shop/mart.
The other lady doctor was really nice. Forgot her name.
3 days later, i went to Klinik Pakar Kanak Kanak Chua, also arnd PJ.
Dr Chua is a real definition of Child Specialist.
Please read the review for his clinic. I would give the whole star in the universe.

โ โ โ โ โ Your failure to display caution / haphazard signs or notices while cleaning premise frontage walkway and it had caused my daughter to slip and fell on the slippery pathway on 9 February 2021 approx 1235 hrs
Thankfully, nothing serious happened to her except some sprains to her buttocks and elbow. We could not imagine more if she fell on her head !!!!!!!!
We seek your explanation to why you have neglected such safety precautions as it's a public walkway
