★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Zain is professional, knowledgeable and treats patient with care. He takes time to explain and inform what ails the patient.
The two girls at the reception counter however need further training in communication and how to do their job properly. One girl was clueless on how to check if an insurance card can be accepted or not and kept repeating 'I'm not sure' leaving the customer not sure what to do.
Eventually she did go and check with someone probably more senior. Also the girl was quite rude when I asked to explain how the meds should be taken and applied. She responded with 'why did you take the meds out of the bag, I've labelled them, just read it'.
I received the meds like that. I didn't take it out. I think they were quite rude, unsuitable for customer facing roles, especially in private practice. Management needs to get better people or train them to be better. This type of behaviour is unacceptable.

It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and outstanding quality of medical care. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were also very nice and helpful. If you're looking for great service at good value, this clinic comes highly recommended!

Everything was smooth . Didnt wait for so long for me to make my ultrasound .
The sonographer really knows how to make the baby move . Eventho my baby refuse to show his lil face . But really glad we went here . Feeling comfortable with the service given .

Glad it was not Covid and I was directed to see doctor. Thank u Dr Zain Azlan and team. You listen to patient concerns and provide recommendations and responses for the best course of action. (Previously I went to nearby clinic like klinik Anda n klinik siti, even they are female doctors they did not even try to touch eyes for examination and charge me higher cost.they only talk a bit n ask me to wait outside for meds.)
And here Dr Zain is very attentive and checked my eyes thoroughly and I feel so satisfied with his explanation regarding my eyes condition. The clinic is spacious and hygiene n not crowded as well. Pleasant and great experience. ??
