If there is bed bug again happened in your area, they will come to give you the free service for checking n redo the cleaning one more time.
You are free of bed bug problem once cleaning is done.

They gave me advised not to do anything and wait for their presence for appropriate actions otherwise the queen will be protected. Thanks for their prompt action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we talk about emergencies, we always refer to hospital-ambulance, fire department, police etc. What we fail to realise that pests (their sudden infestation) & their management are also considered an emergency to many businesses & facilities. ??
Mr Stephen & Mr Victor acted immediately at the drop of the hat. We called & actions were taken within minutes. Next thing we know, the doorbell rang & their very own supervisor came in & settled our infestation issue.
We're extremely happy & satisfied with both their service & results. Eternally grateful for how quick & responsive they are. ????

Pesticide is odorless and I'm informed that it is non toxic. Overall, very satisfied with the services rendered so far, and house is relatively pest-free and safe.

He does a good job inspecting & spraying the house at all scheduled appointments. I am very happy & satisfied with his good & polite communication as well as the service level he provides.

The entire process from booking their service on their website to getting the appointment sorted and have the service person come over was smooth.
I value the prompt responses from their team and the service guy was very friendly and professional. These are some of the best qualities many companies are lacking nowadays.
