β β β β β Visited the clinic a couple of times but always got disappointed with the long wait and the bad attitude of the front desk staff.. Also was rudely snubbed by Dr. Loo during my consulting her second time due to some misunderstanding created by one of the nurses from the front desk..they need training on how to deal with the patients properly who are already feeling emotionally low due to their illnesses.

β β β β β I regret seeing this Dr Chong. She was very unprofessional. I told her my problem, my blood pressure was high, but she seemed to think nothing of it. She didn't give me any medicine, nor did she do anything else. She just told me to go home and check my blood pressure for a while before deciding what to do. But I have had my blood pressure checked almost every day for more than a yearοΌShe also suspected that I had some kind of disease, but my symptoms were far from the disease! Seems like she just wants to make money and wants me to come back, but I've decided not to go back to the clinic! only waiting Dr Lee to come back to the clinic.

β β β β β Had a Saturday morning appointment for medical checkup for my insurance application.
Nurses or staffs definitely need customer service training. Unpleasant and careless.
Otherwise had a pleasant experience with Dr Chong.

β β β β β The nurse is not professional at all . Walk in and inform need wait . About 20patient . Now is rest time . Consultation hours is at 1.30 . If 20patient need. 2hour . The way both nurse reply Inquiry like better you dont wait . This is the impression that you give to person . Either is. True or not only your self will know . This is just my personal opinion. For the 2nd i walk in to get treatment .

β β β β β Family Care clinic has changed ownership and is now managed by Dr Ong. Great experience - barely waited to be assisted by his team. The staff and Dr Ong were all very friendly and helpful. Dr Ong took his time to explain my conditions as well as treatment options. Rare to find a doctor who combines personal touch and care for a patient. I will absolutely patronize this clinic again.

β β β β β Went there after suffered a week of sore throat plus flu and cough. The Lady Dr(forgot her name) very unprofessional. Not bother trying to understand and check me thoroughly. Just prescribe based on personal experience. Usually any Dr will ask to open mouth to see/ analyze throat condition before proceed with anything else. You as Dr should know diff people have diff kind of stamina & antibody. Do not ever compare each of us or take your personal experience as medical advice.
