★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I break my fasting because want to get vaccine here. How come they said they dont ready as the vaccine need to open 10 and need more people. They dont confirm, they said has called, but they lied, they dont call me AT ALL. The staff and doctor even talk me behind and laughed because i want to wait as my baby cant be left at home. So hardddd for a MOM handle baby alone and ask my husband to working at home, and clinic just make it easy for client come. Today just wasted!! My fasting and my husband TIME. So dissapointed abt their communication and service!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an online reservation through their website, and choose a date and time open in their site. After making reservations for the online RTK, clinic reached out to me because that timeslot was not supposed to be open, but it was open in their site. Keep badgering me to change time as that timeslot was "supposedly" not open in their site. I decided to cancel and was told April 27 that a refund will be processed. Followed up May 4, and was told refund will take 7 to 14 working days (fair enough as that is the normal refund timeline). June 3, still no refund, followed up again. Then was told todau that Refund was submitted June 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great experience. Smooth and easy. I went for the drive thru PCR test. It was quick and easy. Also, nearby not a lot of traffic, so you can still park at the roadside to do PCR.
They sent their sample for Pathlab btw. the doctor who helped me to do the cucuk hidung and mulut is quite encouraging too. I am sure they will be friendly with kids too.
I browse their website, they also do online consulting , so they really work their visuion >>>Your community doctor, very accesible and professional.
It seems like a new clinic, but the medical staff and doctors are all looking quite experienced so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic promised to send PCR result within 24 hrs but didn't send. Had to do own research to find out which lab did the test. Recd result immediately from them. But lab said they had sent the result to G&P earlier. Unpleasant experience for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic has very helpful staff and excellent system for drive through Covid from booking, designated car park just outside. Doctor was very gentle and not rushing. Most important they allow payment via online even after COVID Test PCR and Medicine taken, not like other clinics or hospital most of them will ask payment first only do their services. Excellent and professional service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great post-arrival RTK rapid test experience via Zoom with Klinik G&P today! Staff were quick to reply to my emails, and also accommodating when I had to arrive a few minutes late to the scheduled video appointment. The test that I administered to myself (while they observe live via Zoom) was simple, and they confirmed my negative results promptly. Their prices are very affordable, and I appreciate their prompt service. I'd definitely use them again if I need to do a test upon arrival in Malaysia. Thank you! Note: I used a test kit I purchased myself, separately from the clinic fee. I recommend to check with the clinic in advance to verify if the test kit you have is approved for use in Malaysia. If not, they can tell you which brand to buy. (Test taken in April 2022)
