★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same comment as others. The doctor is really good, attentive and give explanation to me. But the front desk staff is so rude. No wonder this clinic is empty. I hope the clinic read this review and review their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling unsafe here as the clinic allow people who is taking PCR test come in and out without mask. The guys is talking on the phone to his friend without a mask saying he is taking pcr test at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do avoid this clinic when possible. The staff (even the doctor) especially the front desk staff is not professional. Came for PCR test and waited for 15 minutes in the clinic then only staff told me have to do the test behind the clinic. Where you have to queue under direct sun. For about 5-8 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i got my booster at this clinic. No waiting at all. The doctor is very nice. The receptionist is busy with her phone. She’s not treated me very well like a rude person. Please educate your receptionist to treat your customer in a good way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and doctor are verry RUDE, came wait for 1 hour and ask to come back 2pm after 2pm only inform change 2.30 what? Receptionist not even friendly. then only staff told me have to do the test behind the clinic. Where you have to queue under direct sun. For about 10min and when my turn the doctor do pcr test told me have to wait again cz the sticker name its not ready yet! Hye how long you want me to wait hah! Bad service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor who did the PCR test was pleasant. The lady at the reception was not the friendliest but ok. However, she was so rude to some foreigners who came in. She shouted at them to queue and wait outside the clinic because the line was long, but when other people came in to line up inside she did not say anything. So disgusting and racist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to enquire about RT-PCR and RTK-Ag on behalf of a friend from Singapore travelling to Malaysia and then going back to Singapore again about 48 hours before flight. It was a Sunday morning about 1.30pm on 20-March-2022. Overall is okay experience. But price factor is definitely the higher rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic itself and doctors are fine,However the staff (receptionist and “nurses”) are completely inhospitable and unprofessional. Followed my elderly mom for her vaccination there and was met with an unpleasant nurse.After I tried to follow my mom in for her booster only to get the nurse slamming the door at me and angrily telling me off it’s only one person. It would have been fine if she explained properly. Over all they need to train staff because it’s completely unacceptable to treat patients this way.
