★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few points to share for the peoples who are planning to visit:
1. Not punctual: Appointment made a day before visit, and the actual day the staff call me and ask me to go at 2pm, but end up when I show up there, there is 8 more peoples is waiting. I've waited until 4pm only until my turn.
2. Not hygiene: Not follow SOP, no sanitize the surgical chair, no e-wallet for non-contact payment.
3. Bad service: I meant the Doctor, he is quite rude that not even let me to finish my question, and keep continue his speaking about my teeth is how worse. I am trying to know the situation of my teeth but he only tell me listen to him, don't ask more question. I felt he just want to settle his patient in the fastest way.
Conclusion: If you want to take the high risk to get covid, and tahan the uncomfortable the clinic brings, also the cheap price, you can go and visit. Otherwise, choose another clinic for your own sake.
