★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Lou Dental was amazing. The dentists are very professional, skillful, meticulous and caring. They really do care about your comfort and the details in teeth aesthetics. The receptionists are also very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting Lou Dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are looking for a good orthodontist in Malaysia, I can assure you that Dr. Lou is No.1 in Malaysia. I am very fortunate and grateful meeting him and get treated by his method.
I've learnt my lesson the hard way when I did my first braces in Setia Alam near Setia City Mall with my very lack of dentistry basic knowledge at that time and purely choosing based on their budget price offered, that inexperienced doctor then messed up my teeth into terrible angulation, with his many wrong decisions making also made me suffer a lot of unnecessary pain and made my teeth go into a state that was very hard to be fixed and restored. I decide not to say the name of that Dr. but I hope things are better now...
Before seeing Dr. Lou, I've been to several dentists and they said they are not confident to fix the errors that my first Dr. have left for me and recommended me Dr. Lou.
First time seeing Dr. Lou, he was very jovial and confident to fix my case and the rest is history. Every appointment with Dr. Lou was very enjoyable, he did not put any pressure on you and will treat you like a good friend, I also had my wisdom teeth removed by him with zero pain, and my recovery was just a matter of few days.
I could talk good things about Dr. Lou all day, but all of these aside, almost all things have pros and cons, so for your consideration, his way of treatment is near to perfect, but it comes at a high price tag and long waiting time due to high demand despite early bookings, *that's the way it is, if you want the best you have to pay best :)
His nurses are all very professional and soft spoken, but don't expect the same attitude at the front desks as some aren't really polite but I could close half-eyed knowing most of my time in this facility will be spent with Dr. Lou and his nurses.
All in all, Dr.Lou, a true gem in dentistry which Johoreans are all so lucky to have him, I wish Dr. Lou and his doctors all the best moving forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Dr. Stephanie and I am particularly amazed at how great she is with my son. My son who is nervous even when going to the barber was completely at ease during the whole process and even smiled after getting his teeth patched up. Kudos!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Lou Dental for many years and can confidently say that they are the best at what they do. I've had many extractions and minor operations that were quite complicated, however, my Orthodontist had done an excellent job in treating my teeth. They also are very well equipped with dental technology, such as Invisalign and top of the line scans and equipment.
The nurses are very well-trained and always take the effort to make me comfortable during my treatments. From simple dental check ups and fillings, to having micro braces, the doctors there are caring and always thinking about the progress of the treatment. In addition, I have never had any issues with any of my treatments such as loose fillings or extensive pain from any treatments like I have had from past dental clinics.
I actually live in KL, but I travel to Johor frequently, and realised that Lou Dental Centre, beats all the expensive and reputable ones back in KL. I highly recommend anyone to visit the clinic out, as I have never gone anywhere else since coming to Lou Dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my orthodontics treatment with Lou dental centre 3 years ago. It was a great experience. Dentists in the centre are very professional, nurses are nice and friendly too. It is a well equipped dental centre. Dr Lou is a well experienced orthodontics too. I had my teeth beautifully aligned. I will recommend anyone who need oral care to this centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of the many dentists i know of in JB, Dr Lou's professionalism especially in implants and orthodontics is second to none.
He pays such great attention to detail and that's why i have full confidence to let him do orthodontic treatment for my 10 year old son.
He always gives us a few options to try to work towards the best treatment plan for our benefit.
Dr Low (Mrs Lou) is so skillful especially in making good, comfortable dentures for people without teeth who would otherwise have needed small screws to keep the dentures from flying out of the mouth when they talk.
My relative's aged mother was one such person. She can talk and enjoy her food so well now.
Dr Wong is good at what she does.
It is true what another reviewer has said.
I can rest assured that my family's dental health is well taken care of in Lou Dental.
