★ ★ ★ ★ ★ utk covid test doktor mcm tak competen cara jolok hidung org , kasar yakmat, mcm jolok hidung haiwan, tekak saya sampai merah dan pedih di joloknya. saya dh lebih sepuluh kali buat swab test, klinik ni yg paling teruk dan menyakitkan, tak ada tempat proper utk swab test. not recomended for covid swab test.
 for covid test, the doctor is not competent in how to rub the nose of an org, rough yakmat, mcm rub the nose of an animal, my throat is red and sore in the nose. I did a swab test more than ten times, this clinic is the worst and most painful, there is no proper place for a swab test. not recomended for covid swab test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang nak buat swab test dalam pukul 9.45am, swab pukul 10.50am. Bayangkan kalau saya positive duduk dalam klinik terlalu lama and pesakit sekeliling automatic jadi close contact.
I came to do a swab test at 9.45am, swab at 10.50am. Imagine if I was positive sitting in the clinic for too long and the patients around automatically became close contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for a few times for my own treatment, daughter's and even for my mother. I can say that the doctor is very professional, staff also helpful and polite. I love the way the doctor gave his medical advice, suggestion and treatment. The consultation price very reasonable. For my experience, with certain cases they will call for follow up. I'm a happy customer and giving full recommendation to their service. Keep up the good work Dr and the staff.

No 1 my appt is at 11am , I came to do my PCR test
Secondly I’m heavily pregnant I’m about to give birth next week , the staff made me stand outside for about 10min without even preparing a chair , it was very hot plus with the mask I felt like fainting . So I came back in to tell the staff that I’ll wait inside till The doctor is ready for me . I waited approximately 30min for the stupid test to be done . Very much incompetent! Customer service is horrible .
Also the clinic is not air conditioned at all just one small wall fan , with so many patients cramped up inside .
