★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service bad manner doctor.came here to do medical checkup. They make mistake on blood taking,but refuse to admit.simply take easy way by saying blood got problem.cant pass the medical checkup so need to retest.but in fact they were the one mistakenly did it and not even say sorry(personally called the lab). Same goes for xray,xray was wrongly done thus captured wrong images where the doc straight forward say they were a tumor,making our family really worry.we did further checking at specialist hospital,alhamdulillah nothing abnormal actually. Went back to the clinic to show them results from specialist,but still insist he was right at first place.We talked nicely but was scolded with high voice instead.Doctor here shouldve learn more on communication skill at least.and the nurse at counter also...think twice before coming here..buat kerja cincai
