★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came all the way from Putrajaya at 10am to send my parvo infected cat, but the staff said doctor went out for breakfast. we waited for 15 minutes and the staff added the Dr might go "lepak kejap kot" and she closed the clinic HAHAHAHA for that reason. Even worst, they couldn't open the door despite bunch of keys! buang je lah kunci tu! suruh dr tu lepak lama2 sikit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recomend this clinic to anyone. I doubt the Vet's credentials and lack professionalism. It was heartbreaking to see my beloved cat being treated as an inpatient here but we were desperate and had no choice at the time. The fees charged were not justified and I hope no other pet owners will have to go through what we went through. Will definitely make a formal complaint to the vet service department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to take my cat to this vet because of Raya. Poor service, not friendly. The price is overcharged, where the vet at first made the price quotation for my cat and it is only a small wound. Guest what guys. It's RM 695 for 5 days warded. I hesitated the price and even did not buy the recommended medicines. Went to Klinik Haiwan Dr Hawa Bangi and the price is madly different. Only RM 256 for 7 days. What a big difference guys. I really not recommend you to get a service here. Just go to Klinik Qaimeera. Really worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place at all! Terrible place. The "vet" is unprofessional and exerts an uncultured/uneducated manner to us pet owners. We brought our 3 kittens to get treated here (no other choice) and we asked for prior explanation before treatment. Our kittens were brought in and we were called inside by the vet a few moments later, only finding out that they had given multiple medications WITHOUT any explanation about the condition of our kittens nor were we asked for consent! This is not how its supposed to be done in any medical field! I dont know how this place is still operating despite all the bad reviews over the past few years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service very bad. The doctor is not professional at all & no clear explanation. Charge to pet owner is high & unreasonable. Once when I asked the doctor and demand for his explanation, he replied very rudely and harsh. There are few cases where my cats died just right after they got treatment from there. Isnt that suspicious?
