★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place, but weekens its a long queue. On last Saturday, its tookme an hour to vaccinated my cat's. However fast service. Next time should be coming on weekdays after 6-8 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a disabled cat and the care and attention here is first class,snowy is always a regular patient here due to spinal injury but with the guidance from the staff over the year we are seeing signs of improvement.
I can't thank the staff enough they are great

Assessment wasn’t done thoroughly
Always in rush when giving consultation.. we came for 2nd time as we saw blister after the accident visit .. and the doc just simply cleaned around the blister area advise to apply treatment gel..did not even check if the skin around blister area having dead skin .. 2 days after the visit we had to go to see 2nd opinion.. if the 2nd visit my cat had a proper checkup , she may not in this stage.Not even worth one star. Please do not mentioned that your staff had a proper training as what u response to another feedback below..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and staff very friendly and professional. I took my furry baby for 2nd vaccine ady. Doctor also helps trimming my baby since she got her fur clumped under her body. Everything was done thoroughly. Very recommended
