Overall service is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat passed away 2day after visited the clinic. The dr. said she got high fever . Gave her injection and antipyretic drug and lots of drug i should feed her. The price is expensive but she passed away . While my another cat having flu, till now still not recovered plus the injection site looks like lump and the area surround it doesnt look good. Im taking her to the gov vet this monday for checkup since im not confident with this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ please update your operating hours, I went there for twice and not able see doctor because of the operating hours had changed. the doctor only available on evening on that day. I spend so much time to go there as my house is far from the clinic. It's so frustrating so see my pet in pain as I cannot do anything to him. And the registration closed at 4.30 (please include in your page)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should hv trusted my guts when I brought my pet for treatment here.Had I known the severity of medical issue my pet was having, I wouldn't have left him in the hands of QUACKS who exacerbated his health issue n left him handicapped. Last but not least, my heart goes out to all pet owners who have lost their pets under the treatment of this clinic. Hate to say this but know tht God will bring justice for these animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only private animal clinic here. Just giving you a heads-up: do find another clinic with a good reputation if your furbabies need an advanced treatment. Please appoint an authorized individual to perform any medical procedures even it looks as simple as giving an IV drip to animals. How come an admin performs the procedure? I'm afraid that this will result in harm, loss of life, injury or damage of some sort. I hope you look into this matter as this will reflect your company's image and professionalism.
