β β β β β I only came here bough a frontline spray, but the doctor was not friendly. He simply gave me the spray and donβt say too much, seem to do not care about animals, just told me this spray RM90. No explanation given, just ask us to pay. And I heard my other working in pet save friend told me this spray only RM45!
Too expensive and bad service. Pls do not bring your pet come here.

β β β β β clinic looks old and cramped. upon entering, the owner was not friendly. told him my pet wasn't feeling well. he simply checked and said she was fine, no fever and discharged us with vitamin. instruments used were unclean, leaving me feeling disgusted.
this dr lacks passion and does not seem to care about animals. unfriendly and just rude. no explanation given, just ask us to pay.
after we left, luckily my husband insist we immediately bring her to another vet. turns out, my pet has high fever and urinary tract infection and can't even walk properly. what a TERRIBLE misdiagnosis by this vet.
the second vet nearby was much better. we were given proper explanation and medications, unlike this vet.
i do NOT recommend u to bring your pets here at all.

β β β β β Came here for almosts 11 years which is my cats age. Brought my cats for vaccines & deworm every year. No fuss just walk in & get it done. Bought RC 7kg here too every 3 mths. Price affordable. Yes the doc is not friendly, but im ok with that. My cat vomit or cirit or fungus or kencing berdarah also lega after treated here. He is an old timer doc. Cheers ?

β β β β β Went there one time just to ask about male cat neuter price. The people there was unfriendly and rude. I decided not to get their service. Never went there anymore. And ya, before I go there, I called the clinic first. One word, RUDE.

β β β β β fist time being here... the male doctor don't even ask the situation of my dog... after measured the temperature of my dog then he just directly helped my dog injected ???? the male doctor not friendly at all some more his mask didn't wear properly during the pandemic ==

β β β β β I called and a Man answered the call, I said my dog having emergency issue. Then the man just said I donβt handle emergency issue you send to hospital lah and hung up my phone.

β β β β β I called to enquire how much to spay dog and make appointment. First I spoke to a woman, she then just past another man. And that man was very rude. I will never send my pet to a clinic like this. Until the end the guy didn't tell his availability and tell me the cost of vaccination. Keep stating, come and we will let you know!

β β β β β Sent my cat for spayed but after a few months she is on heat again. Went to this rude doctor they said no one complained their service?! Atleast be responsible and most importantly donβt be rude. You cut open my cat just to find out sheβs on heat again after a few months. I donβt know what they removed during the surgery. Just a warning to all animal owners out there. Spayed and neutered costs are also more expensive than other vets.
