★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klinik ini saya selalui pergi, tetapi baru2 ni ada sorg staf yang nada percakapannya selalu kasar, pada pendapat saya staff baru sbb staff yg lama elok2 je...pernah saya pegi utk ambil ubat selsema dan dia bertyn jenis ubat yang saya nak ambil, bila saya tidak dpt menjwb dia berkata ' ubat yg mana, ubat selsema byk jenis' dgn nada kurang senang...sepatutnya dia merujuk kepada rekod kunjungan saya sblm ini utk mengetaui jenis ubat yang saya ambil bukan bergantung pada jwpan pelanggan saja sbb sblm ni staf yg lain x pernah bertanya soalan itu kerana saya pasti dia merujuk kepada rekod yang ada. pekerja yg begitu adalah satu kerugian kepada syarikat.

I always go to this clinic, but recently there is a staff whose tone of conversation is always rude, in my opinion the new staff is like the old staff ... I used to go to take cold medicine and he knows what kind of medicine I want to take, when I can't answer, he said 'which medicine, what kind of cold medicine' in a less than pleasant tone ... he should have referred to my previous visit record to find out the type of medicine I took, not just depending on the customer's answer. another x once asked that question because I'm sure he was referring to an available record. such an employee is a loss to the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau bukan sebab Dr Hanita sendiri dan staff sokongan, saya dah rate 1 star.. Doktor yang buat locum service 0%, kerek.. Saya taktau la sebab penat kerja seharian ke dkt hospital/klinik kerajaan, tapi put aside your problem when it comes to work.. Put on a happy face or perangai elok bila dengan patients.. After all, patients bayar bukan free.. Learn from Dr Hanita herself..
If it wasn't for Dr. Hanita herself and the support staff, I would have rated 1 star .. The doctor who did the locum service 0%, kerek .. I don't know why I'm tired of working all day at the government hospital/clinic, but put aside your problem when it comes to work .. Put on a happy face or good manners when with patients .. After all, patients pay not for free .. Learn from Dr Hanita herself ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor services. Not resposible to customer. Just give medicine to us and dont even explain what the medicine for. only say just follow the step listed there. VERY VERY RULE.
Dr are rule to the customer, and professional at all.
Will black list and never recomend to anyone to this klinik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hanita is very nice person but the locum dr is rude. You can say nicely in manner way but u choose to say in sarcastic way with annoyed face.. didnt even checked properly,just gave referral letter base on previous doctor's diagnosis(which turns out to be wrong) Hopefully can improve your soft skills and treating patient
