★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids were treated by 3 different doctors and all were nice and friendly. Doctors examined details and other staff were OK. Prescribed antibiotics when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok when the first thing in the morning i came here to get some medicines but no mc was given. I thought it was fine cuz i was looking forward to finish up my work. But later when i go back to to request for mc because i felt really terrible, they told me to come back at 2pm cuz the doc will be in by that time and that’s what i did. Turned out the doc was late and i wasted +30 mins waiting for him and got handed the mc slip by his assistant with cynical look. I didn’t even see the doctor after all the waitings i did. You want better doc at service? Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the nearest clinic to my house that accept my insurance policy. I went in today with a kid that has shivering high fever. Waited for 40 mins and it was nearing lunch break. When I went to check with the counter how much longer I need to wait, she said why not you go to another clinic. I mean, really? I told the counter I have a kid who was so weak and about 39 deg temperature, asking if they can expedite my turn and i ended being suggested to go to another clinic? Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good. Staffs at the desk are terrible and unprofessional! I was answered the same questions for 3 times ticks me off. Why are they employed?? I was struggling to register and make payment with my insurance card, asked some help, they clearly don't CARE to help you at all and continue laughing and giggling with their colleagues. Not a good impression. Please train your staff, I feel bad for the doctor..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The malay staff with spectacles is so rude, she was talking with other patients in front of me and expecting i am listening to everything she told to the patients in front of me. When it comes to my turn i asked the same thing, she furiously talk rude to me “ saya dah cakap tadi saya tak tahu “ what is wrong with her? Please Klinik Mediviron, ive scroll to the reviews which says the same thing, if she dont like her job please theres a lot of people out there who wants her position and can do better than her. Your Clinic quality is based on how the first front table represent the clinic itself. Please

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in because of my ear, if there's a foreign object or what not. The waiting time is too long, took 30-40 mins to see the dr.
When I met the dr, I tried to talk more regarding my symptoms but she's very dismissive with everything and even deny my request to check my other ear, to see what cause the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff desk is really not proffesional. No greetings at all and very rude (especially the chubby malay staff). Waiting time is very long. Can be stressful for parents especially if your kid is sick. The front desk has no common sense or empathy at all. My piece of advice - at all means avoid going to this clinic. Just my two cents. Not sure how the doctor screen interviews to select the staff, but very incompetent and just cold.
