★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my child who had fever, was sent to the branch clinic in Sg Dua for blood test. The doctor in Sg Dua branch ran the test and explained that this was viral infection. But since this was ordered the doctor at Kepala Batas, we had to return there and met the first doctor and he claimed my son had bacterial infection! Completely opposite to what the doctor at Sg Dua himself! Was given 'high end' antibiotics for 3 days (usually antibiotics were given 5 -7 days - we were healthcare professional, too) and of course nothing happened as it was actually viral infection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service ever! 3/10 at registration . Pls educate staff named AZMIRA was not friendly at all and disrecpectful, she should learn how to greet patient. And should checked wether ins covered or not. It was her duty. But the doc was good with big smiley and services 8/10.
