★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder this clinic got 5 stars review. Memang tak pergi tempat lain dah. Daripada staf di kaunter, doctor, pharmacists dan dah nak keluar pun disapa baik. Pernah dengar sebelum ni klinik u.n.i bagus sangat di Bangi, kalini cuba di bertam. Memang terbaik. Keep it up
No wonder this clinic got 5 stars review. I really haven't gone anywhere else. From the staff at the counter, doctors, pharmacists and those who wanted to go out were greeted well. I've heard before that the u.n.i clinic is very good in Bangi, this time try it in bertam. The best. Keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengurusan untuk drive thru PCR test sangat teruk dan lembap..kalau dah tau tak cukup org, tambah la org yaa..JGN JADI MAJIKAN YANG KEDEKUT...dah tu kalau dah namanya DRIVE THRU,just utamakan yg drive thru..jgn potong que yaa..yg duk tgu atas kerusi depan klinik tu, abaikan..kami yg book awal + buat pembayaran awal terpaksa kena tggu lama..dah la beratur kereta panjang, menganggu org lain yg nak keluar parking..JGN JADI PENGURUSAN YG SELFISH...kali kedua datang buat pcr test sama ja..tak ada improvement..very bad
Management for drive thru PCR test is very bad and slow..if you already know there aren't enough people, add people yes..DON'T BE A STINGY EMPLOYER ... that's it, if it's called DRIVE THRU, just prioritize the drive thru..don't cut que yaa..yg duk tgu on the front seat of the clinic, ignore..we who booked early + made the initial payment had to wait a long time..he was queuing up for a long car, disturbing other people who wanted to get out of the parking lot..DO NOT BE A SELFISH MANAGEMENT ... the second time I came for the same pcr test..no improvement..very bad
