You have to be seduced to get the right result .. in this age of technology, he just came to walk in near the clinic to get the result .. I also don't understand ... I can send it thru email or phone .. give me the customer details .. the reason is the customer I didn't inform my friend about the result .. I patted his forehead when he called me .. I went to the counter, the customer's phone number is my friend, right ??

This place is horrible. Came twice and twice i had to wait for the doctor for more than 30 mins. What’s worse is doctor knew i was waiting there, he came out from the room, the nurse told him there’s patient, then he answered her back in tamil and just walked off with another staff for lunch. I was in so much pain that i needed attention but instead he just doesn’t care. What a professional

Bad service. Poor attitude. I went there for vaccination and she asked me to wait for 6 ppl. Not sure when there will be enough 6 ...so is the person inside have to wait for whole day for a jab? No proper system in place.

Took my booster jab here; first time visiting this clinic. I reached at 1.50pm today, waited for 30 mins and overheard the nurse telling another patient that the doctor in-charged was out for lunch. After another 15mins, I asked the nurse when was he coming back. She replied that she did not know and repeated that he was out for lunch. So, I asked another nurse to call the doctor as there were already quite a number of us waiting to get our jab. After 5 mins, the doctor entered the clinic with his friend. All of us had to wait another 15 mins before the nurse started calling us in. To add, a senior nurse was coughing repeatedly throughout my visit there. I believe that the clinic should have the list or number of patients coming for the booster jab, but the doctor chose to be unprofessional and lazy.

It’s unbelievable how they operate. We set appointments for the very reason that’s the time we have to do a particular thing but here in this clinic it’s just useless . Walked in into this clinic, so instead of a registered nurse or receptionist, there’s a random dude with his bandaged hand sitting and chilling at the counter . Because that’s how cool this clinic is. Any random person can sit and chill at the counter where you may have emergency walk ins. My vaccination appointment is between 10 am - 11 am and I was there by 10:30 am. Guess what, the doctor just casually asked if I’m there for vaccination and walked out with the bandaged guy that was chilling at the counter. So I heard the lady at the counter saying that the doctor is out for breakfast to one of the patient that walked in looking for him . I’m not against the welfare of a doctor or anyone. But don’t tell me you just walked out of the clinic for breakfast when you have a patient waiting . Vaccination or anything , they are still there and they have made every effort to be there at that time and maybe that’s the only time that they actually have to do a certain thing. When it was already 10:55 am, I went to the counter to ask this another lady who seated there about how long more should I wait, and this very responsible lady said, you cannot ask me, you must ask the person that served you. Maybe she should in future be more attentive to her environment. She is working in a clinic. Patients need assistance no matter who handled them.I was there merely for vaccination and I only asked her how long more I needed to wait. Even that she can’t answer me. The worker in the clinic who handles people doing pcr is not properly equipped with PPE. I will never ever go to this clinic and recommend others who seeking for professional medical assistance to do the same.
