★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is nice, waiting time is not too long, waiting space is okay, it gets crowded easily when there's a lot of people waiting inside. One of the staff at reception table is quite rude, the other one is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ever. The staff do not approved the ‘check in’ request on the apps. It was approved after 1hour of waiting right after i checked at the counter again. It was a very frustrated long waiting time and i had to watch few patients that came after me, received the treatment first. Customer services should apologies for the mistake and do not put the blame to the client.
