★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to express my appreciation to Dr. Aminuddin Baki who has so kindly agreed to my special request.
He came out from the clinic and into my car to examine my 96years old invalid mum who was at the time experiencing a bad cough and congestive chest discomfort. With the space constraint in my tiny car, the good doctor was still able to give my mum a thorough examination. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came today to seek consultation from the doctor not just taking M.C. But this particular Doc (Aminuddin) just make fun of me and belittle me. I came here before and never received this kind of behaviour. Eventhough you are an experience doctor, it would help if you use that experience to help me rather than selfishly belittle. I don’t know anything about illness or anything and thats the reaaon i came here to seek help but in the end you’re just assuming i came for M.C.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Aminuddin is the worst and rude doctor I have ever seen in this clinic! Hello!! What does he expect when patient come to the clinic and see the doctor? Of course we asked for a medical consultation not to study about medical and being tortured about our illness!! But this Dr. Aminuddin with rudely tone told me I am not sick it just that he said I was not gave him a full criteria of my sickness. What the fishcake! Then he should give me an alternative treatment instead of telling me that I am not sick! I am shocked and don't believe how this kind of doctor been appointed by Dr. Idzham to treat patients in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been to this clinic two times already and i have not yet seen any rude behavior. Everything went well and such quick management left me satisfied. The doctor and nurse is quite polite. I guess things can go wrong if you catch them in a bad time...but if they did something wrong previously, i guess they learned well. Its good as any normal clinic can get. Thats my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always tried to avoid coming to this clinic for past 8 years because their services always bad and they never change attitude. However I had an emergency situation and had to come here. But this clinic refused to treat close contact patients. I came at 3 a.m obviously it was an emergency. I already went to 2 other clinic before and they never had problems giving treatments to close contact patients. The nurses in this clinic were so rude and the doctor in duty have no humanity, they won't come to your car, or get out from clinic counter to check on sick people even if you fainted in front of the door ?. If you are close contact, they don't care even if you die. That's how bad their service. They should just close the clinic during this pandemic, eventhought our country almost enter endemic phase, they should close their clinic if they still bias on giving treatments. Can you imagine how many patients lied they were not close contact or had covid got treatments at this clinic because of their policy? This year, whether you had close contact or not, you will still get covid. How are you going to know everyone coming to your clinic is not risky? ??? I suggest don't come here. Drive a bit far for 24 hour clinic even you have an emergency. If not emergency, there are plenty of clinics at Ampang which is thousand times better than this clinic.
