★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is extremely bad! Called them to ask for some information regarding convid test and the staff just simply said no and hang up the phone. With such bad attitude and especially in a clinic, tbh I’ve no confidence in them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad staff in Mediviron clinic Ampang waterfront i never ever seen before....Her name is POOJASHREE,she was very rude and not respect to the elderly people those who came for requested something. POOJASHREE please educate yourself before you work in clinic and talk to the elderly people...YOU MAY GO TO KINDERGARTEN AND LEARN HOW TO RESPECT TO THE ELDERLY PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bring my mom for a booster vaccine, there s only 1 staff working at t clinic her name s Poojashree n her attitude r totally bad, t way she spoke to elderly people r so rude n arrogant too...no manners n bad behaviour...do pls check on tis matter or else ur clinic wil get bad reputation bcis of tis kind of staffs...

Wife went for booster jab.
Called a few times to confirm still not organised ( no patient at that time).
Receptionist / Attendant very moody.
No sanitizer for public.What SOP?
Jab was administrated by receptionist.
Doctor was watching movie in the next room.
Not expecting any special service but be professional please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my good experience in this clinic a few weeks back for my vaccination.
I was a “walk in” and I called prior to ask if there were any slots for the day . The staffs greeted well and said they had slots and they asked me to come immediately .
The doctor there explained which vaccine will be given , which site it will be given and also the side effects that will be present .
Post vaccination , they observed us and let us go after 15 mins . Our MySejahtera was updated there and then.
A very good experience and I would gladly go back to this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to say that I felt really comfortable and felt so good with how I got treated . I went for immediate walk in to get my vaccine booster and I was so nervous but A staff named Poojashree was so patience and nice to me and handled me so well , she kept talking to me and trying to distract me from getting scared of the needle she was so sweet . And she explained about the injection loud and clear . Was very impressed with her way of handling a patient ? Definitely will recommend this place to my colleague for vaccination
