Doctor was nice but lack of the efficiency of the team is really bothering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typing this as i walk out of the clinic. Nurses in this place are unreasonable. I am having a very high fever(doctor said this himself) and the entire place is airconditioned AND FANS. So i said i will wait outside and i will look inside, you can just wave . And the nurse immediately said no. Even the nurse behind who was minding her own business also suddenly butt in and said no. Looks like this place focuses on the convenience of their nurses rather than their patients. I just waited outside anyway.
Doctor was nice though.
Anyway, klinik idzham as a brand won't look at this and won't care. Perhaps if their patients stop visitng then they will pay attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is bright, clean and well managed. Attended by Dr Alvin Alfred who is very thorough, polite and good in explaination. Need to have 2 doctors during peak period to avoid long waiting turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses are rude and not friendly at all. Doctor is rushing and trying to push patient out as quickly as possible, hence the so-so checkup and not willing to listen further. The place used to be good. This will be my last visit, period!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my daughter to the clinic after she had a fall with a wound below her lips. The nurses were not friendly at all. One still busy with her phone. When I entered the doctors room, the doctor also busy with his phone. I told him my baby had a fall. He asked with angry tone 'macam mana boleh jatuh. Pukul berapa'. No proper dressing was done and rm85 was charged. I had to ask for bactigrass which was again charged. I'm a doctor n this is a very bad experience for me. It would be my last visit here. Please improve ur service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse clinic i’ve ever been, tak pernah kena humiliate dengan doctor throughout my whole life, this tak cukup ilmu doctor says me pengotor for having an eye infection, what a great way to explain to your patient, i suggest the doctor to take extra course for communication skills, really hope your clinic is doing well with that attitude of yours
