I was the only patient they have - took them so long to register me and to release medicine.
Not only that, I was checked by the rude Dr.Norasiah .
She had the worst way of asking whats wrong. Something along the line of "ha ni dah kenapa?". Barely touched me or inserted the device properly and decided to ask me "ni nak bagi apa, xde apa pn". She wasnt asking me anything to know more about my pain or showed any interest to. I had to ask for the medicine.
Very upset with the service. Im not sure about other Drs there but I dont suggest anyone going here when that Dr is on duty. Will definitely be my 1st and last visit here !
