★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 30/10/2021 @ 10pm ..I came with complained flu , cough and having shortness of breath. Have childhood asthma and currently on 27 week of pregnancy ..I meet Dr.Rosli on that night..After explained all my condition he just said " we didnt do nebuliser here but one of our branches @ danau kota did" i know due to covid most of the clinic/hospital didnt do until covid test is done..But should he atleast check my vital sign properly..Even after im saying having shortness of breath..Should he check atleast my oxygen level before discharging me..Very bad experience..Please Klinik Idzham management do something to your locum doctor..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. I was consulted by a female doctor name Fauzany. Not friendly, unprofessional and doesn’t even do eye contact with patient. As a doctor you’re not supposed to do that ‘attitude’. She also made strict face the entire time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist and the doctor doesn’t even bother to listen more to my explaination. The receptionist was rude too. Overcharging at it’s finest, don’t even bother to waste your time and money to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was having whooping cough, and rushing to the clinic. Within 2-3 minutes, the consultation was done. No further explanation or advice. Slightly disappointed with the service. It seems pharmacist in the drugstore, have a better service and treatment. I hope the management can do something on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female doctors at this clinic are not good at treating patients. Don't take BP, don't look at condition of the throat properly. If it wasn't for the Panel Doctor,it wouldn't have come. I applaud the way Doctor Lim from KJ Lim Clinic treats patients. Persevere!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse clinic ever, if u have other option better go to other clinic!!! The doctor (dr nurhashimah)doesnt even treat patient properly. Doest even check for any symptom. And you have to wait for medication for more than half hour!! Bad services from them, not recommended. I think people might have die because of their poor and slow services!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst clinic ever. I dont recommend you to go there. The staff is okay and friendly but i cant say the same for the doctor. He didnt really listen to your explanation and put the stethoscope where it doesnt pained. I showed him this certain area (between the chest and stomach) cuz i thought i was having acid reflux and i was having nausea and short of breath but he didnt listen. He talked to me less than 5mins and charged me rm90.. you should go to other clinic and dont waste yr time and money here.
