Arrived 9.30am Tuesday to be told to come again at 2.00pm (Doctor not in yet)...
Arrived at 2.00pm to see door closed...
Come back again at 2.15pm to be notified that Doctor is not in yet (usual clock in time is around 2.45pm)
First consultation started at 3.00pm
A TRUE PUNCTUALITY & RESPONSIBILITY PROBLEM

This is the first time I pay such expensive fees for visiting a panel clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOES NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR. We arrived at 9am and requested for FOMEMA examination. Doctor only came in at 10:30am! We were told to wait because we "were just FOMEMA" even though we got there early. We were even told to take off shoes when entering the doctor's room?! What if patients before had some transmittable skin disease!? This makes no sense at all!
This particular clinic should be taken off its Franchise seriously !!

1)The Doctor came and late
2) I have my choice to choose to go to other clinic but they like don't let me go then said call me first ~~~ duh~?
OS:How about other ? Is this FAIR to Them ?
3) There is no PRINCIPLE at ALL
Reason:Because I said I'm urgent then they tell me can let me in first if I want ( so mean they really don't let me go )

I wont go there again even it was my company panel clinic
Arrived at 10am, said 10.30am only have doctor. Wait until 11.30am can go in le. Then not enough 5 min consultation time already finished. Even take medicine also need take about half an hour.
Slow like a sloth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist not responsive and delays every single thing. No proper social distancing and RTK test is way too expensive than any other better clinics. Wouldn't have been there if I knew their bad service and over pricing.
