★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes me around half an hour to wait for the doctor while there is no queue before me. And the doctor is unprofessional and rude!
I take another 20 mins to get the medic! It's expensive!
Not ever come again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is not friendly and slooow.. it took her forever (maybe 20 mins?)to register even there is only one patient in front me. And the actual doctor diagnosis only took 5 mins. Expensive too, rm50 for fever, took back a pack of panadol and pack of vitamin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended by friendly nurses on duty and Dr Sybil Gomez. When you’re sick and need consultation, the doctor advise you wisely while you feel you’re being taking a good care by them. Please maintain your good service.
This is my one of my panel clinic in Penang. The first visit was Tejani Clinic Tangjung Bungah, the doctor whom attended me seemed unfriendly and he even won’t care your concern. Maybe they’re not mean to do it. But as the caretaker field, you really need to show emphatic towards your patients and feel welcome.

i complain about my tonsil that makes me fever.. she said my tonsil is okay.. what the fish! i recommend to all patients pls do not come here. . expensive, rude and unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is an old lady and she's very very slow. I can't even get angry at her but it's frustrating enough just by looking at her speed. It took me almost 20 mins to register, while took just 3-5 mins to see the doctor. The doctors were friendly and nice though. Plus, I must say it's quite expensive to just get panadol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with the doctor (Big size Indian lady) in this clinic. She is VERY RUDE and act like a hooligans. We pay for your consultations and medications. We have the right to ask and understand FROM YOU why & what types of medicine issued. The receptionist is old and not able to explain well and just said "don't know" it is from the doctor! So, I request the doctor to explain.
She is wearing a face mask and face shield. Talking with me inside the reception counter through a hole. I can't hear what she is explaining about the medicine and she is just like not willing to do so. I just request her to speak louder. Do you know how she answer? Here it is.......
"I don't want to shout in my clinic"
I am requesting you to speak louder not ask you to shout.
If you don't talk louder with the face mask and face shield on your face and through a hole, I can hear you? She just grap all the medicine, ask me to find another doctor and said don't enter to her clinic anymore.
Highly educated as a doctor BUT where is your brains?
Will not visit this clinic anymore!
